'Stormin' the Castle' by Richard Glynn
Stormin’ the Castle is a custom bike show and rally held at Witton Castle in County Durham every September since 1990. It has grown over the fifteen years of its existence to become the annual highlight in the calendar for 6000 bikers and music enthusiasts. Richard Glynn has had an association with the organisation of this event from the outset, and his close involvement each year has allowed him a privileged insight. A selection of his best images from behind the scenes, of bands on stage, and bikers, drawn from 15 years of coverage, have been collated into ‘Stormin’ the Castle’, his second solo exhibition in the Decisive Moment Gallery.
